All-on-4 and All-on-X dental implants in Woodland Hills
A full set of fixed teeth on a few implants, and you leave with temporary teeth the same day.

A whole new smile, fixed in place
If you're missing most of your teeth, have teeth that are failing, or are tired of dentures that slip, All-on-X can replace a whole arch at once. A few dental implants hold a full row of new teeth that stay in your mouth. You brush them like natural teeth, and you never take them out at night.
All-on-4 uses four implants to hold the arch. All-on-X uses as many implants as your jaw needs, often four to six, which is why it can suit more people. Dr. Nader Ahdout places every implant himself, and he has been practicing dentistry since graduating from the USC School of Dentistry in 1993.
How All-on-X works, step by step
- 1
Free consultation and 3D scan
We look at your teeth, gums and health history, then take a 3D CT scan in the office to see exactly how much bone you have and where the implants can go.
- 2
Your plan and your price
Dr. Ahdout shows you the plan on the scan, how many implants you need, the timeline and the cost, before anything starts.
- 3
Surgery day
Any failing teeth are removed and Dr. Ahdout places the implants, with the area fully numbed. Sedation options are there if you're nervous.
- 4
Temporary teeth the same day
A full arch of temporary teeth is attached to the implants before you go home, so you never leave without teeth.
- 5
Your final zirconia teeth
Once the implants have fused with your jawbone, usually after a few months, your temporary teeth are replaced with a strong, natural-looking zirconia arch made for your face.
Final teeth made from zirconia
Zirconia is one of the strongest materials used in dentistry. It resists chips and stains, and it's shaded and shaped to look like natural teeth, so your new smile looks like you.
- Strong enough for the foods you've been avoiding
- Resists stains from coffee, tea and red wine
- Fixed in place: no adhesives, no taking them out
- Planned on a 3D CT scan taken right in the office

All-on-X vs. dentures vs. single implants
Three ways to replace a full arch of teeth, side by side.

All-on-4 holds a full arch of teeth on four dental implants. All-on-X uses as many implants as your jaw needs, often four to six, so the number fits your bone rather than a fixed count. Both give you a full row of fixed teeth.
All-on-4 and All-on-X at Smiles Creator start at $12,995. The final price depends on how many implants you need and whether you need extractions or a bone graft first. You'll get a written estimate after your free consultation, and payment plans are available through CareCredit, Cherry and Sunbit.
Yes. With All-on-X, a full arch of temporary teeth is attached to your implants on the day of surgery, so you go home with teeth. Your final zirconia teeth go on once the implants have healed.
Dr. Nader Ahdout places every implant himself, from planning on the 3D CT scan to fitting your final teeth, so you see the same dentist at every step.
You may be a good candidate for All-on-X if you're missing most of your teeth, have many failing teeth, or wear dentures you're unhappy with. Because All-on-X uses as many implants as your jaw needs, it can often work even when bone has shrunk. The 3D scan at your consultation shows what's possible.
The final teeth are made of zirconia, a very strong, stain-resistant material shaded to look like natural teeth.
The area is fully numbed during surgery, and sedation options, including nitrous oxide and oral sedation, are available if you're nervous. Some soreness and swelling for a few days afterward is normal.
Brush them twice a day, clean under the arch with a water flosser or floss threader, and keep up with regular checkups. You don't take them out at night.
