A whole new smile, fixed in place

If you're missing most of your teeth, have teeth that are failing, or are tired of dentures that slip, All-on-X can replace a whole arch at once. A few dental implants hold a full row of new teeth that stay in your mouth. You brush them like natural teeth, and you never take them out at night.

All-on-4 uses four implants to hold the arch. All-on-X uses as many implants as your jaw needs, often four to six, which is why it can suit more people. Dr. Nader Ahdout places every implant himself, and he has been practicing dentistry since graduating from the USC School of Dentistry in 1993. Patients drive in from across Los Angeles for All-on-X.

How All-on-X works, step by step

  1. 1

    Free consultation and 3D scan

We look at your teeth, gums and health history, then take a 3D CT scan in the office to see exactly how much bone you have and where the implants can go.

  2. 2

    Your plan and your price

Dr. Ahdout shows you the plan on the scan, how many implants you need, the timeline and the cost, before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Surgery day

Any failing teeth are removed and Dr. Ahdout places the implants, with the area fully numbed. Sedation options are there if you're nervous.

  4. 4

    Temporary teeth the same day

A full arch of temporary teeth is attached to the implants before you go home, so you never leave without teeth.

  5. 5

    Your final fixed teeth

Once the implants have fused with your jawbone, usually after a few months, your temporary teeth are replaced with your final fixed arch, made for your face: acrylic teeth are included, and zirconia is available.

All-on-4 and All-on-X FAQs

All-on-4 holds a full arch of teeth on four dental implants. All-on-X uses as many implants as your jaw needs, often four to six, so the number fits your bone rather than a fixed count. Both give you a full row of fixed teeth.

All-on-4 and All-on-X at Smiles Creator start from $12,995 per arch, which includes a complete examination with a 3D CT scan, four dental implants and fixed acrylic teeth. The final price depends on how many implants you need and whether you need extractions or a bone graft first. You'll get a written estimate after your free consultation, and payment plans are available through CareCredit, Cherry and Sunbit.

Yes. With All-on-X, a full arch of temporary teeth is attached to your implants on the day of surgery, so you go home with teeth. Your final fixed teeth go on once the implants have healed.

Dr. Nader Ahdout places every implant himself, from planning on the 3D CT scan to fitting your final teeth, so you see the same dentist at every step.

You may be a good candidate for All-on-X if you're missing most of your teeth, have many failing teeth, or wear dentures you're unhappy with. Because All-on-X uses as many implants as your jaw needs, it can often work even when bone has shrunk. The 3D scan at your consultation shows what's possible.

The starting price for All-on-X includes fixed acrylic teeth, shaded to look like natural teeth. Zirconia, a harder and more stain-resistant ceramic, is also available; ask about the cost at your consultation.

The area is fully numbed during surgery, and sedation options, including nitrous oxide and oral sedation, are available if you're nervous. Some soreness and swelling for a few days afterward is normal.

Brush them twice a day, clean under the arch with a water flosser or floss threader, and keep up with regular checkups. You don't take them out at night.
