Located in Los Angeles County, Canoga Park<\/a> is a lively city with a number of parks and attractions. Fortunately for you, you’ll be close enough to enjoy them. In fact, the city has a thriving food and beverage scene, as well as a number of interesting and unique neighborhoods. If you’re in the market for a new home in Southern California, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more attractive place to call home.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parthenia Park, as the name suggests, is a lovely park with ample green space and a well-manicured lawn. The park is open all day, every day, which is great if you’re looking for an afternoon stroll or a place to play with the kids. You may also wish to check out the other notable buildings in the area, including the Canoga-Owensmouth Historical Society, which showcases the history of the area. The park also boasts a handful of other intriguing attractions, including the aptly named Canoga-Owensmouth Farmer’s Market, which has an enviable collection of local produce and crafts.<\/span><\/p>\n

The park also boasts a nice gazebo and an outdoor fireplace. Aside from being a nice place to relax, the park is also a great place to watch the sun go down. The park is a ten minute drive from both the 101 and 118 freeways, so you’ll have no problem getting to the best places in town. The park is also a mere two miles south of the Canoga Park<\/a> Station, which has easy access to the Metro Rail system.<\/span><\/p>\n

The park has received numerous awards and accolades for its design, including the most attractive public park in the county, and the honor of being a part of the LA County Master Plan. While it may be hard to compete with the slicker suburbs of LA, Canoga Park offers its residents a little bit of everything.<\/span><\/p>\n
